The oto-fresh® CREAM with valuable extracts from Boswellia Serrata (Indian incense) protects stressed, dry and irritated skin. 

This pleasantly soothing cream was developed especially for sensitive skin in the ear area. It simplifies the insertion and removal of earmolds and reliably ensures better tolerance.

Incense is an aromatic resin extracted from the boswellia tree. This natural remedy relieves inflammation and reduces erythema caused by skin irritation.

The gentle formula prevents skin irritations, rebalances irritated skin and nourishes it gently and softly. 

The cream is easy to spread, absorbs quickly and leaves a pleasant skin feeling, a natural, fresh scent and doesn't leave a greasy film behind.
