Full addresses must be provided (please note that eircodes are not reliable), i.e. house name/number if available, road name, town/village name, postcode (e.g. Co Dublin, Dublin 12, Co Kerry, etc)
Where post is undelivered due to incomplete addresses, refunds cannot be made
Where complete addresses are given but package is undelivered, we must process with An Post
Due to post arriving late sometimes, please wait until 3 weeks have passed
We send out packages usually within a few days. Please do not email us within a few days asking for delivery date.
No refunds or returns until reply is received from An Post
In order to ensure safe delivery, we advise you to add on registered post to your order
