Delivery Information

Delivery:

Delivery is usually within a few days up to a week, subject to stock availability and postage delays. We will inform you should this arise.

Please allow one week for your order to be delivered throughout Ireland.  Longer if overseas.

We use AnPost for all our deliveries, including international orders.

We also offer a delivery service in County Dublin and surrounding counties, subject to distance. There will be a delivery charge; please check with us before placing the order. All orders are sent by post using An Post. We are presently sending out orders within three working days. However, the postal service has been delayed, and some orders have arrived late.

Any orders not received are due to postal service delivery delays. If you haven't received your order after two weeks, contact us. We will contact An Post, who will then investigate. No orders will be resent until they have completed the investigation and the order is missing.

Orders sent but returned to us will incur extra costs of resending. Please provide the complete address (Eircode or postcode is not necessary). Please note no refunds are made as these are not faulty.

In-store collection:

We offer a Click and Collect service, so please choose 'Collect from Store' at checkout.

Note: Please wait for an e-mail confirmation first notifying you that your order is ready for collection.

You can order and pay for items online and pick them up from our store in Balbriggan when your order is ready. If your billing address is within Ireland, you will have this option at the check-out.
